Solution dyed yarn is our primary product. Because of this consistent yarn color and thickness is a key part of our manufacturing process.

YARN COLOR CONTROL
We have a close working relationship with the supplier who makes the fiber ingredients. This ensures consistent quality of PP chips and pigment.

Techlon has exact formulas for each kind of yarn made. We continuously check the yarn color during the spinning process to ensure color consistency.

DENIER CONTROL
Our spinning facilities are state of the art and produce a constant Denier of yarn. We regularly check and record all parameters of our spinning machines
to ensure a unified manufacturing process.
